LGBTQ+ Victory Institute is partnering up with the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s Welcoming Schools and the School Board Integrity Project for a special webinar: “Run for What Matters: A Starting Point for Running for School Board”.
The hour-long webinar will guide participants through resources to understand the power of school boards and the importance of the leaders in them. The webinar will feature LGBTQ+ elected school board members to talk about their experience running and serving. Whether you are looking to run for school board yourself, support a school board candidate, or simply understand more about the work, we encourage you to join!
