Training Programs
Through our campaign training programs, we are identifying and preparing a diverse pipeline of LGBTQ+ leaders to advance equality through public service.
U.S. Programs
Through our internships and fellowships, you can work in the U.S. Capitol, attend a four-day training, or take advanced leadership training sessions.
Global Programs
We work with in-country partners to train LGBTQ+ public leaders and collaborate with political parties and institutions for greater inclusion of LGBTQ+ people.

We provide support and connections to our network of more than 1,350 out LGBTQ+ elected officials serving across the United States.
