Victory Leadership Summits

Victory Leadership Summits offer a day-long, intensive training for LGBTQ leaders. These summits help trainees develop the skills needed to take next steps in public service.
Hear from local elected and appointed officials, Victory’s experts on appointed positions and running for office, and organizations working for LGBTQ equality locally and statewide on how to become more involved in public service. Attendees join a strong cohort of established and emerging leaders and connect with valuable tools and resources to take the next step in their work.
The trainings are open to LGBTQ community members 18 and older, and are free to attend.
