Paul W. Horning

Paul Horning is a Senior Vice President with Morgan Stanley.

In his spare time, Paul’s dedication and enthusiasm can be seen in his tireless advocacy for the LGBTQ community. Paul is one of Atlanta’s most devoted and decorated supporters of the LGBTQ community. Paul has been involved with the Victory Fund over 16 years including being it Chair.  He is a current board member and Treasurer of the LGBTQ Victory Institute, member of the Board of One Victory, a member of Open Hand’s Atlanta advisory board, and a founding member of the LGBT Caucus of the Democratic Party of Georgia. Paul has previously served on the Human Rights Campaign’s Board of Governors and as a co-chair for the LGBT leadership council for Obama for America in 2012.  Most recently he was a member of the LGBT for Hillary Finance Council. He was a founding member of the LGBT leadership council of the DNC. Paul has proudly sponsored numerous AIDS fundraising events in Atlanta such as P.A.L.S., AIDS Walk, Masquerade, and Dining Out for Life. He is humbled by the many community honors including the Atlanta GLAAD Leadership Award, Georgia’s Equality Award and had the privilege of being a 2010 Grand Marshall in the Atlanta Pride Parade.
