Melissa Grigsby, M.S., is a communications strategist and nonprofit leader with more than 15 years of experience advancing mission-driven causes through impactful storytelling and advocacy. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Communications at Mixte Communications, advising mission-driven clients on strategic communications, media relations, reputation management, and thought leadership. Previously, she served as Executive Vice President of Communications at All Voting is Local and led communications and media relations for the American Society for Reproductive Medicine.
Throughout her career, Melissa has specialized in developing communications strategies that translate complex policy and social issues into compelling narratives that inspire action. Her expertise spans strategic communications, media relations, crisis communications, executive visibility, advocacy campaigns, and coalition engagement.
Melissa earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Wake Forest University and a Master of Science from the University of Maryland.
