Martín Campos

Martín Campos serves Victory as Development Officer. As an operations professional with 15 years of experience, Martín has a proven track record of success in managing complex projects, improving operational efficiency, and delivering results. They are a passionate advocate for the LGBTQ+ community and have been actively involved in lobbying for bills to support the transgender, nonbinary, and intersex communities.

As a dedicated volunteer, Martín has recently served as the Western Caucus Chair for the Victory Campaign Board. In this role, Martín helped recruit and support LGBTQ+ candidates running for office in the western region of the United States. Martín was also an active mentor to LGBTQ+ youth, volunteering their time to provide guidance and support to the next generation of LGBTQ+ leaders.

In addition to their volunteer work, Martín has been recognized for their advocacy and leadership in the LGBTQ+ community, most recently by California Assemblymember Dr. Akilah Weber as a Community Leader in AD 79.
