Cole Youtz

Cole Youtz serves as our Executive Assistant and Board Liaison, where he manages the CEO’s logistics and coordinates the administrative needs of the Boards of Directors. His passion for advocacy was first cultivated in college during his involvement with the Aggie Pride Network and Equality Texas, where he discovered organizing. Cole graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Agricultural Economics – Public Policy & Economic Analysis. After completing two legislative internships in the U.S. House of Representatives, he coordinated Hill advocacy days for the U.S. Global Leadership Coalition and Schrayer & Associates. Cole brings valuable experience in campaigns and strategic operations, most recently managing a targeted state legislature race in Michigan. Outside of work, Cole enjoys farmers markets, hiking, and road trips with his Giant Schnauzer, Miss Penny.
