Alhelí Partida

Alhelí is the Senior Director of Global Programs at LGBTQ+ Victory Institute. Alhelí is an international lawyer with experience in the Inter-American System of Human Rights. In that capacity, she collaborated with different organizations to fight against Human Rights violations through legal strategies and the use of jurisdictional tools. In Mexico, Alhelí also served as a legal consultant for gender-based issues and as a legal advisor in the local Congress. She has a Master’s in International Law and International Organizations from Sorbonne University of Paris, France.
