The report highlights key moments from the Second Meeting of LGBT Political Leaders in Latin America and the Caribbean, convened by Asociación jóvenes en Movimiento (AJEM), Corporación Caribe Afirmativo, LGBTQ+ Victory Institute and Hivos, in collaboration with PROMSEX and the National Democratic Institute (NDI) from 2-3 October, 2015 in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. Attended by 350 activists from 24 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean, the meeting was organized with an aim of increasing democratic and political participation of the LGBT+ people and the reduce violence.
