Noah has been involved in tough campaigns for progressive candidates across the country, from school committee to U.S. Senate. 
In the 2023-2024 cycle, Noah was proud to work on multiple successful campaigns: 
 
Won a tough ballot initiative in Denver, CO to ensure the local hospital system remained fully funded 
Secured the top vote-getter in an At-Large Aldermanic race, withstanding a top-of-the-ticket GOP flip. 
Developed mail programs that flipped two mayoral seats from red to blue: one with over 90% of the vote, and one that produced the first town-wide Democratic sweep in recent years. 
 
Prior to his time producing direct mail, Noah managed a competitive Congressional primary in a battleground district and worked on the finance team for a Wisconsin U.S. Senate campaign. His first venture into campaigns was with Congresswoman Cindy Axne (IA-03), starting as her second hire and becoming her Finance Director, where he broke multiple fundraising records for Iowa Congressional campaigns.
