Alhelí Partida is an international lawyer and Senior Director of Global Programs at the LGBTQ+ Victory Institute, where she leads the organization’s global work through initiatives promoting the political participation of LGBTI people in more than ten countries across various regions. A graduate of the Master’s in International Law and International Organizations from Sorbonne University in France, she has experience as a legal consultant in Mexico and within the Inter-American Human Rights System, with a focus on strategies for non-discrimination and social justice.
