2027 Victory Empowerment Fellowship

The Victory Empowerment Fellowship is a unique, 6-month fellowship experience designed to support LGBTQ+ leaders of color and/or trans leaders who are seeking to expand their campaign and policy making power. Join a strong cohort of movement leaders from across the country to learn what it takes to run a successful campaign at any level. The Victory Empowerment Fellowship consists of three components provided by Victory Institute: the Candidate and Campaign Training, the International LGBTQ+ Leaders Conference, and a mentorship program. We especially encourage individuals who have run for office and not been elected to consider applying--after all, it's never to late to hone your skills and try again!
