Victory Institute’s office internship program provides an opportunity to gain experience in LGBTQ political activism and leadership development, and strengthen job-related skills by working at Victory Institute. This internship program is independent of the Victory Congressional Internship, Victory Congressional Fellowship and Victory Empowerment Fellowship.

Individuals can apply any time, although Victory Institute typically accepts full and part-time interns for spring (January to mid-May), summer (late May to mid-August) and fall (early September to mid-December). All interns receive a modest stipend.
