Candidate & Campaign Training
Our four-day non-partisan Candidate & Campaign Training provides skills, tools and realistic campaign scenarios to current and future LGBTQ+ candidates, campaign staff and community leaders. Thousands of successful LGBTQ+ leaders are training alumni, including Colorado Governor Jared Polis, Congressmen Robert Garcia and Mondaire Jones, and Montana State Representative Zooey Zephyr.

Our LGBTQ+ Public Leadership Summits are led by LGBTQ+ Victory Institute staff and local elected officials to help participants develop the skills necessary to begin or advance a career in public service.
