Foundation & Corporate Giving Manager
Tiffany (they/them/she/her) is philanthropist and institutional giving specialist. They have created and implemented development strategy with a wide range of organizations, including the Smithsonian Institution, Johns Hopkins University, The Dandridge Foundation, and The Marsha P. Johnson Institute. Prior to joining the LGBTQ Victory Fund and Institute, Tiffany managed the foundation relations and major giving strategy with legal advocacy agency Detroit Justice Center, working alongside communities to advance racial equity and promote just cities.
A forever-learner, Tiffany also has an extensive academic background in mission-driven advancement and stewardship. An alum of American, George Washington and Michigan State Universities, she has advanced degrees in Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, Communications, and LGBT Health Policy. She is also a member of the American Grant Writers’ Association, the Association of Fundraising Professionals, and the Young Non-profit Professionals Network. Tiffany spends their free time immersing themself in Washington DC’s rich history and culture; including retaining their title as a queer foodie, and serving with DC Black Pride, St. Augustine Catholic Church Music Ministry, Chocolate City Burlesque and Cabaret Historical Society, and The Ask Rayceen Show.
