Domestic Programs Manager
Lucy Arthur-Paratley (she/her) is the Domestic Programs Manager leading the Victory Congressional Internship and supporting the Candidate & Campaign Trainings, Leadership Summits, and the Victory Empowerment Fellowship. She is an AmeriCorps alum, serving with Citizen Schools in Roxbury, MA. After leading a pilot program for 8th graders and five school sites, her middle school students inspired her to get back into politics. Lucy first volunteered for a campaign in middle school, making phone calls from the floor of the county party headquarters. Since then, she’s made calls from the floor of many other field offices (and, during the pandemic, her bedroom), working on races ranging from city council to president including working for two LGBTQ candidates. Most recently she served as the Training Director on a US Senate race, bridging the political and the educational. Additionally, Lucy is a facilitator with the New Politics Leadership Academy and a trainer with the National Democratic Training Committee. In her spare time, she likes to dance, read, and listen to podcasts.
