As Creative Director, Jarod Keith leads Victory Institute’s marketing efforts, bringing together teams to advance the visibility and integrity of the organization’s brand. He was previously Victory’s Senior Digital Strategist, working to grow the impact of LGBTQ+ Victory Fund and LGBTQ+ Victory Institute’s presence online and raise critical funds for programs and candidates. He held a similar role at Victory in the 2015, 2016 and 2017 cycles.

During his time with Victory, Jarod worked to preserve and promote LGBTQ+ leaders’ significance in history with the publication of Pride & Progress in 2020. He also has led several large-scale marketing efforts including an anniversary campaign and the development and design of several websites. In 2023, Jarod worked with dozens of designers, developers, videographers, event organizers, brand strategists and organizational stakeholders to create and launch LGBTQ+ Victory Fund’s and LGBTQ+ Victory Institute’s new name and visual identity.

Prior to rejoining LGBTQ+ Victory Fund and LGBTQ+ Victory Institute in 2019, Jarod consulted on congressional races across the country, raising hundreds of thousands of dollars for top red-to-blue candidates over digital ads and email. Before moving to DC, Jarod organized for marriage equality and LGBTQ+ rights in a 14-state region as Digital Manager of Campaign for Southern Equality. Jarod has a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Southern Mississippi and interned for Speaker Nancy Pelosi. Jarod served on the national organizing committee for Out for Biden in 2020.
