increase in pansexual elected officials

* Note that changes are not solely due to an increase in the number of people elected to office during these years, although it accounts for the majority. These numbers reflect the “known” number of LGBTQ elected officials each year and a portion of the increase is attributable to learning about LGBTQ people who already held elected office.
